The Wagner Society is pleased to announce the following line-up of meetings for the Society that will take place between January and April 2020:

On January 13th, Opera by Request returns to the Wagner Society.  Bill Schookhoff, and members of the cast of their upcoming production of The Ring Cycle (in concert) over the Family Day long weekend in 2020 will come out to discuss their preparations for the production.  For more information about their performances, please check out their website: http://operabyrequest.ca/

Then on February 24th, we will be holding a Roundtable Technical Discussion on the making of The Flying Dutchman, with the COC Head of Wardrobe, Head of Hair, Wig and Makeup, the Stage Manager and the Associate Director.

Famed Canadian soprano Adrianne Pieczonka will be joining us on March 30th.

Finally, on April 20, Stephan Bonfield returns to the Society to discuss The Flying Dutchman.

All meetings will start at 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the Arts and Letters Club, 14 Elm Street.  The Club is located just west of Yonge Street, and is two blocks north of Dundas Street.  All meetings are open to everyone.  All the meetings are free for members, but non-members are welcome for a $20 donation.

We are also planning on hosting a roundtable discussion with the cast of The Flying Dutchman sometime in either late April or early May.  However, the specific date has not been set yet.  Please check back later for more information.
